Service Coordinator - Delta

We have an immediate opportunity for a Service Coordinator in our Delta location.

GF is Canada's leading supplier of packaging and janitorial equipment and we are proud to provide not only products but expert services to a vast array of customers. We require a Service Coordinator; this is a full-time position to work Monday through Friday during regular business hours.

Role

The Service Coordinator is responsible for logging in and out customer equipment received for repair and preparing all the necessary documents. He/she will also be responsible for keeping an accurate inventory of parts to minimize interruption for repair and ensure quick turnaround. The Service Coordinator may be asked to provide additional duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Making outbound calls
  • Dealing with inquiries and requests from clients, sales force and technicians
  • Scheduling of technicians to conduct service calls
  • Open and close work orders as required
  • Edit and update all work orders to ensure 100% capture of all billable items
  • Prepare quotes and estimates as required
  • Maintaining, purchasing, organizing and keeping accurate inventory for parts in stock
  • Additional duties when required

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skill and Superior Customer Service Skills
  • Acute attention to details and excellent organization skills
  • Understand Sense of urgency for quick turn around
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Completion of High School diploma or equivalent
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word.
  • Valid Driver Licence
  • Comprehend and follow safety regulations and instructions
  • Some mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to organize and multitask efficiently
